Ocean Waves Recovered!
Ocean Waves

Mickie Swall needed help recovering this Ocean Waves quilt. The quilt was mailed from Monroe Center, Illinois to Henderson, Nevada on April 5, 2006. It was sent via US Priority Mail, insured and return receipt. It should have arrived in two to three days, but it was not been delivered on time and the US Postal Service was unable to locate it. Two weeks later they finally received a notice of attempted delivery. On April 24, after nineteen days, they finally received their package.

Ocean Waves, quilting detailThis 74" by 90" quilt was designed by Joen Wolfrom, machine sewed by Mickie Swall, and machine quilted by Kelly Edwards. It is made of 8" blocks set in eight rows of ten blocks with a 5" wide mitered green border. The quilt was made during March and April 2006.
